  • OPTIMUM is a high solids buffable formulation that dries to a bright high-gloss finish. Contains a concentrated blend of the latest materials available in floor finishchemistry. 22% solids


    Advantages
  • This modern high-tech formulation levels smoothly dries quickly and repairs and maintains easily. The high solids content means fewer coats are necessary to maintain the original OPTIMUM shine
  • A combination of the finest materials available make it a nonslip high gloss finish that is highly resistant to scuffing and black heel marks. To restore to the high gloss intensity buff with are commended high-speed burnishing pad
  • May be used on vinyl vinyl composition vinyl asbestos asphalt tile and linoleum. Also use on” sealed floors” of wood concrete terrazzo and the so-called “no wax” floors.


    Directions
  • Strip: Completely remove old finish with MOP ON ALL STRIP or RIP. Rinse well and allow to dry.
  • Seal: Apply 2-4 coats of SEAL FINISH WATER BASE FLOOR SEALER. Allow to dry 30 minutes.
  • Finish: Using a clean applicator of choice apply 2-4 coats. Allow to dry between coats 30 minutes or until dry to the touch.
  • For Increased Gloss: Allow to cure for 24 hours then high speed buff using a recommended polishing pad.
  • Maintenance: Remove surface dirt daily with a dust mop or broom. Damp mop when needed with neutral pH cleaner MAINTAIN then high speed buff using a recommended polishing pad.
  • Recoat: Reapply to traffic lanes as required.
  • Repair: Between finish applications repair traffic areas with a thin coat of OPTIMUM allow to cure then resume regular buffing program.
  • COVERAGE: 1500-2000 sq. ft. per gallon
