A silicone emulsion designed for controlling foam in an aqueous system - noncorrosive.
Eliminates foam in recovery tanks of hot and cold water extractors, automatic shampooing equipment and floor scrubbers. Uses 2 oz. per gallon of water.
Advantages
Controls foam in the extraction hose and recovery tank of carpet equipment. Helps prevent foam from being pulled into vacuum motor, which could result in damage to electrical components.
Safe to use. Contains no solvents, caustic, or acid. Rapid foam breakdown — long-lasting foam control.
No offensive odor.
Directions
Initial application: Add 2 ounces per gallon to pickup tank.
If carpet has heavy deposits of shampoo from previous cleanings, additional D-FOAM may be added as needed. Carpet with extreme buildup of shampoo may bepretreated by spraying a 2-ounce-per-gallon mixture lightly over entire area to be cleaned prior to extraction.
