Lotionized hand cleaner enriched with a special solvent and plastic scrubbers for heavy duty cleaning. Wintergreen scent. USDA E-4
Lotionized hand cleaner contains a mild effective scrubber to remove embedded dirt when the soil is heavier than normal. Waterless when you want it to be, but is also completely water rinseable.
Thick enough to coat the hands and arms for complete cleaning and penetration. Not a thin, runny liquid.

Contains the antiseptic, germicide, antimicrobial ingredient PCMX (Parachlorometaxylenol). PCMX’s broad spectrum of microbial activity has proven it’s effective against every vegetative microorganism tested to date.
Enriched with a special oil which acts as solvent to make oil-soluble soils, dirt, easy to wipe off hands. Also acts as a lubricant, preventing excessive skin moisture loss.
Cleaning power enhanced by a scrubber that is effective, but will not scratch or irritate.
Protects. Contains the skin conditioners Lanolin (an emollient that conditions and softens skin) and Glycerin (a humectant that helps skin retain natural moisture). There is no greasy feeling.
Contains no kerosene or ammonia. Pleasantly scented.
Directions
Put small amount into hand and rub until soil is emulsified. Wipe dry or rinse with water.
